Tecumseh United Football Club
Tecumseh United Football Club is a not-for-profit organization in the province of Ontario, Canada. TUFC is a Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence holder and a member of the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL) and Essex County Soccer League (ECSL).
Club History
Tecumseh Soccer Club was formed in 1999 with the merging of the Tecumseh Soccer Club and the North Shore Soccer Club that existed within Tecumseh, thus bringing together the competitive and recreational programs.
In 2018, Tecumseh Soccer Club became a member of the Ontario Player Development League – becoming the exclusive premier destination in the Windsor-Essex Region for high performance soccer.
In 2021, Tecumseh Soccer Club became a member of a League 1 Ontario (L1) with a Women’s Team Franchise. L1 is Ontario’s Pro-Am standards-based senior soccer league. Tecumseh United FC is currently in the Women’s Championship Division.
In 2023, the club re-branded into Tecumseh United Football Club!
